I will cover kinds of different diet trends, plus recipes, which diets actually work or not and how to deal with different health issues in your life as well as my own.
Make no mistake, I am not perfect. I try to live the healthiest life that I can but at times, yes, I might cheat a little. But I am only human lol… and no one is perfect remember that.
I will try my best to help as many people as I can, on how to live a healthier lifestyle reagrding all of the crazy different diets out there.
In todays world you can get overwhelmed so easy, with all the information that is out there on just about any topic.
I will try to keep everything as simple as I can, the old school way lol.
Myself being (51) uggg!!! I do have some valuable insight on trying different health trends, to stay and live a healthy along with all of my diets that I have tried over the years and the list is long lol.
I think I have tried them all when it comes to different ways to be healthy ha ha but honestly, there are new health trends and diets that come out weekly.
NOTE: I am not a perfect person what’s so ever. I am not the best speller, so I am sure there are going to be misspelled words and just crazy all over the place writing... I warned you lol...
I have a famous saying when it comes to myself “what you see is what you get” plain and simple.
A little bit more about me, I have been married for 27 years to a great guy with two beautiful daughters 22 and 25 years young.
I am just a normal everyday person (yeah right), just like you so feel free to ask me anything and comment whenever you want. I will get back with you ASAP.
